Day 01-Arrival Paro and drive to Capital City
Our experts from the company will receive you at the airport and drive you to Thimphu. If it is early morning flight we have enough time to explore the temple across the Paro river. Check into Hotel and relax.
Day 02 Thimphu Tour
Your day starts with visiting the tallest Buddha statue overlooking at Thimphu valley. Thimphu is the capital city with approximately 100000 people living in the area. The capital holds the main office of the King and minister and religious body. In thimphu you can visit textile museam that showcase the attire worn by Royals, followed by craft bazar which is just 5 minutes walk from Hotel Taj.
Day 03 Thimphu Dochula- Paro
Dochula pass is about 45 minute drive from Thimphu. During a clear day, the pass offers a 360-degree view of the 9 Himalayan Ranges. You can also view the remote Gasa Dzong from Dochula pass with binoculars available on the pass. There is also a short hiking trail from the pass which takes you to the monastery on top of dochula mountain. Return back to Thimphu. Walk the Thimphu city. Overnight at Taj
Day 04 Paro Tiger Nest Hike
The most magical hike to this secret temple will be the highlight of your Bhutan trip. The temple amazingly clings 900M on a rocky cliff over looking the beautiful Paro valley. The temple first foundation was laid in 6th century by the great saint Guru Rinpochhe.
Day 05 Paro to Airport and see off
Today will be your last day in Bhutan. Our team will accompany you till airport to bid you farewell.
