Arrive at Paro International Airport and begin your Bhutan adventure with a scenic drive to Punakha. After breakfast, embark on a scenic 1.5-hour hike to Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten, a hilltop temple with stunning 360-degree views of the Punakha Valley. After descending, enjoy a unique lunch in the paddy fields, served amidst lush rice terraces, offering a true Bhutanese farm-to-table experience. Later, explore the quaint local villages, interacting with residents to gain insights into rural Bhutanese life. En route, stop for a special lunch at Aum Toep Zam Farmhouse, a favourite among both locals and tourists. Known for its warm hospitality and authentic Bhutanese cuisine, the host, Aum Zam, delights in preparing traditional dishes. Surrounded by lush paddy fields, the farmhouse offers a genuine rural experience. During past visits, some guests even joined local farmers in rice planting—a unique and memorable cultural exchange that added great value to their Bhutan journey.

After lunch, drive to Paro via the Dochula pass. If time permits, visit Simtokha Dzong, which is on the way to Paro. Later, enjoy a leisurely stroll around the scenic Paro town, browsing local handicrafts and artisanal boutiques. If time permits, consider a relaxing spa experience at one of the luxury resorts to unwind. Conclude the day with a delightful Bhutanese dinner, savouring the flavours of authentic local cuisine at Bhutan Spirit Sanctuary.
