Spring Weather: Spring comes to the country with the first days of March. The level of temperature increases sharply and it is much warmer here at the beginning of March. The average temperature during the month is about 6 °C (43 °F) during the daytime and about 0 °C (32 °F) at night. Still in the south plains of the country, the hot and wet weather stays.In mountainous areas, the cold weather will stay until the end of the spring. The average temperatures in May are about 12-16 °C (53-61 °F) during the daytime. Precipitations in form of snow still occur in the north part of Bhutan and it is rainy enough in the south side.

Day 2 :

The trek begins with a drive to the trailhead at Gunitsawa Village. From here, you'll trek along the Paro Chhu (Paro River), passing through lush pine and oak forests. Arriving at Sharna Zampa, you'll set up camp near the river, surrounded by serene forested landscapes.

Day 3 :

Sharna Zampa to Soi Thangthangkha. Distance 20KM | Trek Distance 8-9 Hours | Altitude at Campsite 3750M

This day involves a longer trek through dense forests, crossing several small streams and ascending gradually. As you continue, the landscape opens up to offer the first distant views of Mount Jomolhari—Bhutan’s sacred peak. Jangothang to Soi Yaksa via Bonte La Pass. Distance 16KM | Trek Distance 6-7 Hours | Altitude 3800M

Today is one of the most challenging yet rewarding days of the trek. The trail ascends to the Bonte La Pass at 4,890 meters, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding snow-clad mountains and valleys.

Day 7 :
