Tour of the Dragon. The race was created by His Royal Highness Prince Jigyel U. Wangchuck, president of the Bhutan olympic committe and all around sportsman and keen biking enthusiast. Tour of the Dragon is one of the most challenging one-day events in the world, the race covers 268Km absolutely Himalayan Landscape as it takes cyclists from eastern Bhutan to western Bhutan. The cyclist traverse indomitable mountains travel through pristine, virgin mountains, over babbling streams and raging rivers. The elevation ranges from 1200- 3340m.
