Furthermore, marvel at the phallus symbols adorning the temple and learn about the fascinating folklore associated with its founding.

As the day unfolds, transition to taking a leisurely stroll across the iconic Punakha Suspension Bridge, which is adorned with colourful prayer flags fluttering in the breeze. Experience the thrill as you cross the swaying bridge while enjoying stunning vistas of the surrounding valleys and rivers with every step you take.

Embark on a captivating journey to Phobjikha, a pristine valley nestled within the Wangdue Phodrang district. This breathtaking destination is renowned for its rich biodiversity and as the winter home of the endangered black-necked cranes.

Immerse yourself in the natural wonders of Phobjikha as you embark on a gentle hike through the Gangtey Nature Trail. Firstly, traverse the rolling hills, lush forests, and quaint villages, all while enjoying panoramic views of the valley. After settling into your comfortable accommodations, it’s time to explore Paro. After early breakfast we will directly drive to Satsam Chorten, to hike the Tiger’s Nest. While hiking you will experience the beautiful pine forest of Paro, the trees festooned with Spanish moss, and an occasional grove of fluttering prayer flags along the way. This incredible structure clutches to the edge of a sheer rock cliff that dives down 900 meters into the valley below.

After the hike, we will take you to the farmhouse for a hot stone bath. Here you will experience the local lifestyle of Bhutanese people, enjoy the locally prepared meals, and opportunity to interact with the host. Dinner and overnight at Tshering Farmhouse.
